Bit by bit
We officially moved into the house this past weekend. It took 2 trips with a 12' Penske truck, but it was done by about 2:30/3pm. We never would have gotten it all done if it wasn't for all the help we got, so a huge THANK YOU to Terence, [info]raven296, Kim, Cory, and Alex. You've provided help, support, and friendship that's really made so much more possible then would otherwise be the case. So again, thank you!

Ok, so Wednesday the electrical work was taken care of. *thumbs up* We can now plug things in without having to use the 3-to-2 prong adaptors! Plus the service cable was replaced out back, so that worry is gone, and it's amazing how those 2 things have made such a big difference. Right now I need to continue to see significant progress being made, if only for my own sanity.

I painted the first coat on the trim in the library, and it's going to need a second coat. Even kilz primer couldn't cover that shade of pink! After that's done, there will be a little bit of touch up work, and then we can bring all the bookshelves in from the dining room. Conveniently that's the next painting project, and it should go quickly, since the walls and trim were already (4 shades of) white, and I've already done the ceiling. I don't have anything else pressing to do, so my goal is to get that all done. Two thing that might slow me down a bit are the taping, and waiting for paint to dry, but we'll see.

Last night I picked up my car from the shop. It actually drives noticeably better then it did when I dropped it off, though it is still doing that weird noise thing from the back tires sometimes when I first start driving.

I heard back about the job I applied for up at the central business office. I wasn't qualified for it, based on their experience requirement. However they had an other (lower level) job that they wanted to get me into which would have been fine just to get my foot in the door. Unfortunately it wouldn't have fulfilled the experience requirement for the CPA, and while I'm willing to make a lateral move, it needs to either pay me significantly more, or it needs to give me that experience.

There is a job at another hospital in the system in the finance department that would in theory both pay more and offer the experience I need. I've already submitted my resume for that.

1. How often do you listen to music?

Almost constantly.

2. Do you ever listen to the radio? What is your favorite station?

I generally listen to NPR news radio, NPR's local music station, and the local classic rock station.

3. How do you find new songs, albums, or artists to listen to?

Generally it'll be something that Tigs will turn me onto.

4. When was the last time you bought a CD? A digital music file?

I think the last time I bought a CD was when Tigs and I were scouting places to live in MD. I think it was a comedy CD… And I've never bought a digital music file.

5. Do you think any of the technologies and distribution methods mentioned above will still be around in ten years? Why or why not?

Yes. People have spent a lot of money of the technology, and while there will be new stuff, the stuff from today will still be around.

Greetings from Pikesville MD
I am posting this from the new house, where we now have internet access, and the rooms are looking fuller as we shuttle boxes of stuff that can fit in our cars (rather then in the truck we're getting tomorrow).

In fun car news, my check engine light came on and I brought it into the shop this morning. It's going to cost about $1600 once all is said and done. However they have to order parts, so we'll get that all taken care of on Wednesday-Thursday.

In less depressing news all seasons of Star Trek are selling for $35 each. (Sorry [info]silentrequiem, but I had to) Seasons 1 & 2 of Enterprise will be shipped out to me shortly.

Let it be...
After work today I primed the library walls, and taped along the floor so I can move onto the trim next. I still need to pick up the paint for the walls.

We're ready to start painting the dining room walls, and we have the paint for that.

I have put half of the boxes we packed onto our cars to be dropped off tomorrow.I need to remember to pack my intermediate accounting book so I can study tomorrow. The test is on Wednesday.

I've picked up the internal bid form and will be dropping it off tomorrow.

Saddle up, move em out!
Tonight we packed 50 small diamond boxes (14"x10"x7") with books. You'd think with that many boxes, packed full of books, that our shelves would be empty. You would be wrong. Very wrong. There are 17 shelves of books still to be packed up on the second floor, and we haven't even hit the 2 book shelves in the dining room, or the cook books in the kitchen...

Moving day is Saturday. At least for the big stuff. Glad I'm taking Friday off to make sure it's all ready...

Maryland Drivers
This entry is one example of why I still read Wil Wheaton's blog. Of late it's been kinda crappy, lots of poker posts, or posts about his work, but nothing with much feeling, none of the story telling that I so enjoyed in his books and the posts way back before he went into Exile. I hope this heralds a return to that sort of post.

I have been meaning to write about this for a while now. I have discovered that Maryland drivers (and this seems to extend to Virginia and Pennsylvania drivers as well) suck. They are just bad drivers, with lots of bad habits. Not all of you of course, just enough to make it feel like all of you! You dangerous natives... and even worse are those that have gone native!

Now by saying this I don't mean to say that I am a great driver. I myself got turned around just today while driving through downtown Baltimore and almost turned the wrong way down a one way street.

Never the less, Mid-Atlantic drivers are, on the whole, bad. Look around and you will see lots of cosmetic damage to the sides of cars, cars smelling worse then they should (indicating misuse or neglect), and people doing crazy things behind the wheels of their cars.

Superficial Damage: The roads of Maryland are wide! Coming from New England I thought this was wonderful! In New England there isn't space for things like bike lanes or shoulders on both sides of the road. Lanes are wide enough for the cars and that's it! There isn't the elbow room. This makes New England drivers very conscious of those around them. As a New England driver, you know where the cars are around you, even if they are in your blind spots. So while you might drive aggressively, you know where you are, and where everyone else is too. This makes for very few minor accidents. If you get into an accident in New England, it's going to hurt. Maryland drivers are spoiled. They have space, so they get sloppy, and don't pay attention to those around them. There is always space, and you can always get out of someone's way.

Abuse and Neglect: The air down here is also cleaner then in New England. This is merely a factor of space. New England crams too many people into too small a space, and this is a major contributor to poor air. So it may be that the cars are being maintained just as well, and I can merely smell better here. On the other hand, Maryland drivers have a highly noticeable habit of speeding up to get to the red light (or stop sign, or accident, or bottle neck, or... you get the idea) and stopping very quickly. I know this isn't good for the transmission, the brakes, or those around you should one of those two fail. And here I thought New Englanders are always in a hurry! At least we are in a hurry to actually get some where...

Crazy, just plain crazy! You all are nuts! Forget about talking on your cell phone, or shovelling down a McBreakfast! In my time here I have seen drivers (while driving) apply make-up, read the newspaper, shave, and write. Do you have a death wish? Are you really out to kill someone? I have to ask, cause it seems completely loony to me. Why don't you all just pay attention to the road?!?? It wont kill you! Or me!

I dread seeing you all drive in winter.

I know there isn't much I can do about every one else, but for myself, I shall keep all the skills I learned in New England, and try very hard not to become spoiled by all the space that is to be had.

And cause everyone said so (and by everyone I mean all 4 of you) I put the awful book back where I found it and stared reading the Gene Wolf short stories book I picked up. Good advice!

Night all!

A little catching up
[info]devilsquid & [info]rikkashaye sent Tigs and I an awesome care package from Okinawa. Aside from the assortment of Oriental snack foods they also sent us a beautiful framed piece of calligraphy.

On the left hand side is the Artists' stamp and signature, and on the right hand side is "June 2006 Japan"
How cool is that?
This, however was my favorite snack! )

Last Monday I had to head back into the heart of Baltimore to drop off a copy of my passport to the temp agency for my I-9 form. I also decided that I would swing by Glen Burnie and drop off an application at Games Workshop for a trade sales position that was listed on the web site. I got to GW, told the front desk that I would like to see someone in HR. It took a few minutes, but the head of HR (whose name I don't remember - bad me!) came out, glanced at my resume and cover letter, and let me know that the position had been filled and that the web-servitors were a little behind. Honestly I figured as much, seeing as the position had been listed for months, and the web site not updated in over a month at that point. I thanked her for her time, and went into the battle bunker for a little bit.

Fast forward to last Thursday. Tigergladys and I have driven up to CT so that she could take her drivers license test. Yeah, nothing like having it scheduled for 2 weeks after you move to a different region of the country... Anyway, we were in the Westbrook outlet plaza's parking lot practicing backing in and the phone rings. Neither of us recognise the number so I answer. It was Games Workshop! The head of the Battle Bunker (Jeff?) calling to ask me to an interview. Now, seeing as it was the Battle Bunker calling, and not HR I presumed that they wanted to interview me for a retail position. Well, I was wrong. They wanted to get me in an interview, they were bringing in the head of Trade Sales as well, but it was for an unspecified position. Now, they could just be interested in bringing me in to see how good I am, and not have a position in mind, or they could have a position that they haven't advertised for yet... or several other possibilities. Either way, just getting the interview is very cool. Now if they have a first shift position, M-F, that pays well enough, now that would be beyond fantastic. I'm trying not to get my hopes up however.

This of course brings us to last Friday. )
Yup, she passed! And I am amazingly proud of her. Not that it wasn't expected, as she has been driving for a while now (6 years illegally), but she only got 1 wrong on the written portion, and no marks against her on the road test!! How fantastic is that?!? Especially when you consider the girl who went before her drove into oncoming traffic!

The original plan for the test was to use my car, however, due to a rule that states the name on the registration (mine) must match the name on the insurance card (dad's). I attempted to call the insurance company and see if they could send me something (maybe by fax, or I could stop at one of their local offices) that had my name on it. I never even got to ask. I sat through a very long automated directory, talked briefly with an operator, and was placed on hold. After about 10 minutes on hold they hung up on me. This is sadly the standard of service I have come to expect from Horace Mann. Can you guess what I am going to do for car insurance after I re-register in MD? Not Horace Mann!!

Back to the night before the test! So now Tigs can't use my car. The mother wanted her to use her white car, which has had its transition replaced six times now, because it keeps falling out! It also drives like a tank, and has several internal pieces missing from the cab. Her fathers red car, far newer and in much better shape, was the one she wanted to use. It handles like the kia, and is simply a much nicer car. The mother was very anti-new car and was pressing her to use her old white car. One quick phone call to her dad, and it was arranged that she would use the new car! The arguing was not fun though. Then they both left and she couldn't use either one.

The next morning we were up early and driving around the Old Saybrook area. Then to the DMV, and then the test! After that we spent about $100 at the book barn. Are you really shocked? I mean, come on! This is us! Full bookshelves just means we need more bookshelves!

My cousin Andrew works as a drummer at a dinner theater. I believe I have mentioned this before. Well the current production is 1776, which you may know is my favorite musical of all time! This production was... special. Due to the sensitivity of Lancaster residents they changed the language. That's right, they changed the language! Plus some of the actors they chose... well, Abigail was an unconvincing brassy blond, Jefferson was whiny and emotional, Adams was nasally... and they changed the language! On my to do list for today is to write the theater a letter expressing my distaste on the subject.
Things they changed:
the opening scene of Adams in the bell tower - omitted
The first part of Yours, Yours, Yours with Adams and Abigail singing - omitted
Jefferson's "literary license" - omitted (the first time it's not used, but is the second, making the second lose much meaning).
Whores and whoring changed to strumpets and strumpeting
Sweet Jesus changed to Holy Moses
Bastard changed to illegitimate and nincompoop

Nincompoop?!?!?!

And these are just the things I can remember off the top of my head days later...

This is getting kinda long and I have other things to do today.
Peace, Love, & Hope

A real update... sort of...
Yes, by God! It is a real update! Complete with pictures!

Home Sweet Baltimore!
We are mostly unpacked at this point. Well, that is to say unpacked with everything we have a place for. Our book shelves are all full upstairs, and this includes a new book shelf we got at IKEA! The two in the dining room we are slowly filtering books onto. The plan is to put our most interesting books there, as well as whatever crafty type things we choose to display.

Pictures under the cut )

It's been on the hot side the past week. Hot and humid. We've been trying very hard not to use the AC, but the last 2 days we just had to. I set the thermostat for about 75 and turned it on to automatic. It makes things bearable, though not as cool as I would like.

Ok, this has been sitting on my computer for over 24 hours now...

Sorry I didn't post it sooner. Thunderstorms and loss of internet connection is a pain. Can't wait till we get our own internet!

Off to Lancaster for the day! Later!

Long Overdue
Wow... Where to start. The last time I posted was when it was still 11 hours till I picked up the truck, and several more hours past that till we made it out of New England. I owe you all (and myself) a long and detailed update, including the episodes "Adventures in Moving", "Do you think the dining room set would fit in the van?", "Home Sweet Baltimore", and of course "Balticon 40 aka where I was first in line to get Neil Gaiman's signature." However, seeing as it is already late, and that many others have already written much of those stories, and I am writing on [info]tigergladys' overheating laptop, I shall have to save them for later.

Until then, Peace, Love, & Hope!

I think I've reached the "Oh Shit" stage...
Why is it cold? Really now, this is the middle of May, and it barely made it to 60 today! Of course cooler temperatures for loading the truck on Monday will be greatly appreciated. As it stands now, and mind you this has changed at least 3 times today, the temperature should be like today, with just a little more wind. No rain! Thats the big thing. Why? Well, cardboard boxes and water don't go well together. That's why.

I thought you all might enjoy a look at the apartment as it stands now. Click it! Click it good! )

In 36.5 hours I'll be getting the truck. The goal is to be on our way to Niantic by 10, and on the road from Niantic by 6 at the latest.

There is still a lot to do tomorrow:

  • Clean the hamster tanks

  • Laundry (for the last time at the laundromat!!)

  • Clean the human tanks apartment.

  • Turn in the recycling and get our last pack of Worcester garbage bags.

  • Spackle the various holes in the walls and slap some white paint on them.

  • Avoid freaking out!!

Things I've done:

  • Paid off library fines. ($2)

  • Got the stupid cam sensor fixed in the car, so finally the check engine light is off. $200 bucks later... *sigh*

  • Gave the fountain to The Whiz and picked up our lizardmen figures.

  • Replied to recent e-mails.

Now just to wait for the call that tells me it's time for dinner...

I want to be a part of it, New York, New York!!
Back from NYC, and do my legs ache! That's one thing about going there, we always do a whole lot of walking. Next time I go, I am going to be sure to look very closely at the different subway lines, as we ended up taking 3 different trains while trying to get to the Museum of Natural History... All because I didn't realize that the first one went split off in the wrong direction, the second one turned out to be an express that skipped about 40 or 50 streets... Aside from that I had a good time.

Did you read The Da Vinci Code? I didn't. I read the other one Dan Brown did, Angels & Demons. Or was it Demons & Angels? I can't remember, and don't really care that much either. It was popcorn. Fluff. Pure buttery entertainment. I didn't "believe" it, I didn't look for anything deeper, cause you know what? Its a very special form of literature called fiction. I know this seems difficult for people to understand. There have been calls for Dan Brown to admit that it's all a lie. Dan Brown then blinks at them, says "It's a book... a fiction book" and laughs all the way to the bank. How many copies of the book have sold now? How many more will sell after the movie comes out? In fact all the publicity, all the Vatican efforts, all the Asian boycotts do nothing but ensure that lots and lots of people are going to spend a whole lot of money going to see it, buying the DVD, and making Dan Brown even more rich then he already is. Me, I'm going to catch it on Netflix.

Moving... cleaning... packing... scheduling... I have left the excited stage, and am now in the nervous/anxious stage, waiting for something to go wrong, something to screw up... Somehow I doubt that things will go as smoothly as I hope. With luck it may be little things, not great big things.

Today is my 2nd to last day of work. Thursday is it... and I'm not sure when I'll be working after that. It'll be at least 2 weeks anyway. Not too much longer then that I hope! Time off will be nice, but too long and I'll start spending all that time worrying about money...

It was muddy and it was cold and it was damp...
That pretty much sums up today. As I type the rain is coming down is sheets, pounding on the hoods and roofs of the cars. According to weather.com it's supposed to be like this for the foreseeable future. So it looks like New York will be soggy and not at all good for taking pictures.

Last night [info]tigergladys and I went to Home Depot and bought a vacuum cleaner. Well, we actually bought 3, but they all came in one box. It was a bit of work getting them too. They had a 2-pack on display, and a 4-pack within sight on one of the middle shelves. So we waited a bit for the worker in the same isle to finish with another couple and showed him what we were looking for (we had printed the page that showed the 3 pack). He sighed, grabbed a ladder and promptly banged his shin on one of the steps. He waved that he was ok, and started to sort through all the boxes. It took a bit but he saw what we were looking for. Unfortunately it was too high up, and he needed a bigger ladder. Coming back a few moments later he climbed up and pulled out a box. The corner of the box was rather crunched and ripped, so he put that one back and grabbed another. At this point 2 of his coworkers came over. One walked to the bottom of the steps looking to help the guy maneuvre the box to the ground for us. Well our guy pulled out a box, rested it onto the rails of the stepladder and let go. It slid down, and the gent at the bottom of the steps managed to get his hands up just in time to prevent being brained and knocked to the ground. Some nervous laughing later Tigs and I collected the box and headed for checkout.

So now we have a real vacuum... and in a little over a week we'll have a washer, dryer, and a washing machine!

Five on Friday )

Quick run down to Niantic tonight to get Tigs and then back to Worcester to clean hamster tanks, and do more packing. Yay packing...

The truck...
I just entered my reservation for the Penske truck. I saved over $100 doing it online with my AAA card, but it still is going to cost about $540 before I get any insurance. And you can be sure I intend on getting Total Coverage! After insurance and gas I'm sure that we'll have spent around $1000.

I got a 16 foot long truck. I was going to get the 12' one, but it didn't come with a towing option... besides, there wasn't any difference in price!

10 days & 9 hours till I pick up the truck...

The Table
I know I said that you would have to ask [info]tigergladys about it, but I'm feeling much more excited about it, so I'm gonna tell the story!

For a while know we have been looking at furniture, figuring out what exactly we need. The list includes:
  • Living Room Couch

  • Dining Room Table & Chairs

  • Bookshelves (probably 6 of them)

  • Dressers (the ones we have now are crap)
We have visited numerous stores, both new and second hand, looking for styles that we like. At Linens N' Things we found a table set we liked that was reasonably priced, even new, and it would fit in the small dining room area that we have.

While driving around PA at way too early in the morning after having spent the previous night in the car we saw three yard sales at one intersection, and what looked like a small dining room set with a microwave sitting on it. We both quickly and loudly told my Aunt Kim (who was driving) to pull over so we could check it out. We jumped out of the van as it was stopping, hustled across the street, and saw it. The table we had picked out!!!

A couple of questions later we had price of $200 for the table, 2 leaves, and 4 chairs, as well as an offer to transport the table back to my aunts house. I didn't have $200 on me at the time, but I gave him $60 to hold it for us.

We then went across the street to a yard sale being run by twin boys (and their mom). They had a pair of almost-brand new mountain bikes that just happened to be the wrong size for the boys, and as they had already replaced them, the bikes were for sale. $40 for one, and $30 for the other. The bikes were exactly the same, except the cheaper on needed air in it's tires. That's it! $30 later [info]tigergladys has a new bike! I'm kicking myself for not getting the other one... and console myself knowing there will be more yard sales. As we were walking the bike to the van the gent who we bought the table from offered to hold it for us and to bring it when he brought the table! How nice is that!?!

We continued to yard sale for a little longer, and then returned for the table. It, and the bike, are currently sitting in Kim's garage just waiting for 2 weeks till it can be moved in to our new home... I can not stress how nice the couple was that we bought the table from. They even told us that after we left he got several more offers on the set.

On Sunday we went over to linens N' Things to see just how good a deal we got. It turns out they are selling the table alone for $200, and each of the chairs for $60. Total retail cost: $460

So that's the story of the table.

Tonight is going to be an exciting night. Tigs and I have big plans. We have a date at the laundromat! The reason this is as exciting is because this will be the second to last time we will have to go! Once we move we will be blessed with the domestic bliss of our own washer and dryer!

Back to work... Later!

There and back again...
Friday, after spending about $800 getting the car tuned up, replacing the 2 front tires, straightening out the alignment, and getting the AC recharged, Tigs and I packed up the car and drove down to PA. On Saturday morning we walked through 3 neighbourhoods, going to yard sale after yard sale. It's so different from the yard sales in Mass. Here in New England there aren't really neighbourhood sales, it's individual homes all over town. Down in PA entire neighbourhoods arrange to all have their sales on the same day. Plus there are a lot more food vendors, including the "Egg Roll Lady". The best, though, was the guy who was roasting a pig. A whole pig, on a giant grill. It smelled really good, though not really what I'm in the mood for at 9 am. My personal big buy was a Star Trek VI Enterprise-A which cost a whole $4.

The big find was actually a dining room set, but you'll have to ask [info]tigergladys about that.

After our big morning yard sale-ing we went down and opened a new bank account. That was fun, as we had to explain why we had 4 different addresses we were working with (Worcester, Niantic x2, Baltimore) for just the 2 of us. But we figured out how to do it, and now officially have money and property (leased) in Maryland.

Saturday also happened to be Free Comic Book Day. Now, at That's Entertainment, Sarges, and most other comic shops I know of FCBD is a Big Deal. However at The Comic Store in Lancaster... not so much. Then again even their online billboard is crap... All they had were some of the comics spread out on one counter. No signings, no sales, no in-store events, nada. It was sad really... Last year they at least had the 501st kicking about...

Aside from that the weekend was spent trying to relax, not freaking out about money, and planning for next weekend (a quick overnight to NYC) and the weekend after that (Graduation and moving). Monday morning at 6 we were back on the road. It took us till 1pm to make it up to New London, and only took a single tank of gas!! Granted by the time we got to New London the needle was on E, but still just 1 tank!!

Knight Rider will be riding again! I always liked that show... I hope they do a better job with it then they did with Knight Rider 2000.

I was going to write more, but instead am going to bed. More tomorrow, probably after I do laundry...

17 days till we move...

Tomorrow morning at 7 am I'll be taking Swar in to get a tune up and the A/C serviced. Good timing too, as summer is quickly approaching. [info]tigergladys and I packed up almost all of the books up here tonight. The shelves in the bedroom are so empty... And there is still so much left to pack...

We also took a walk down to Price Chopper to get some more packing tape. They didn't have any and we ended up getting some fruit for tomorrow, and stopping at one of the convenience stores and getting some overpriced tape there.

[info]tigergladys has asked me to inform you that she is watching DS9 and that her leg hurts. She has to go to work tomorrow. She hates Kai Winn. (but then who doesn't?)

I can not wait to be moved and then at Balticon... It's going to be nice to have something fun to look forward to right after moving...

Not wide awake mind you, but awake enough that I had a hard time falling back to sleep. Now this would be a completely different story if the alarm wasn't set for 2 hours before we normally get up. But this has given me time to actually relax before I get into the car to go to work. I did some dishes, made some coffee (which I am now eating), checked the internet (it was still there... whew!), and am now looking up more stuff on moving...

Things I need to do today/this week:
Call and schedule Swar for an oil change and general servicing
Tree Journal
Sort new Pirates cards
Pack away winter clothing, coats, and sweaters
Update [info]50bookchallenge
E-mail Eric about Saturday
I should probably finish up the dishes too
clean the hamster tanks
Get more boxes. Can you ever have enough?

I guess I should go to work now hua? I mean I only have... 13 more days of work to go to... and only 25 days till we move...

Oh gods...

It's as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced
So, there has been a press release the Star Trek XI is in the works. According to the report, the story will focus on Spock and Kirk's early years at Starfleet Academy and their first mission.

Can you hear the Trek fans crying out in pain? CAN YOU?!?!?!

As if we didn't have lots of evidence that prequels are generally a bad idea!

Now, I can't say anything about JJ Abrams. I've never seen Alias, or Lost, and I have no plans to watch Mi:III.

I point you to this most accurate comic on the situation as it now stands.

As a distraction from this horrible news I ask those in the greater DC area to click below!

Have you ever been bored at work? )

Yesterday [info]tigergladys and I went out to Home Depot to pick up some bins to pack our winter clothing into. This isn't the first time we've gone to do that. Yet everytime one of us says "Ok, it's warm! Lets pack the winter clothes" the temperature then immediately drops 10-20 degrees. You can see the dark clouds roll in, frost form on the windows, and mother nature point and laugh at us. Well, we shall be deterred no longer! The winter clothing shall be packed!

Peace, Love, and dear gods let someone a Paramount/Viacom realize what a bad idea this is...

Things change...
In just over a month we will be on our way.... A month!!

I am trying to keep on top of things at work, rather then give in to the restless feeling, the desire to just... get the hell out of here. (Failing, as you can see from this post!) There is still so much left to do, still lose ends that need to be dealt with. Stupid crazy things that just... need to be done. Copies of our medical records, copies of the hamsters vet records, making sure we have all of the documentation we need (social security cards, Ids, passports, etc.), getting the truck, printing directions....

I pulled out some miniatures this past weekend. And I painted them, and enjoyed them, and I needed that. I think that I now need to put them back and try to focus on getting through the next month, getting through moving, getting to Baltimore, and trying desperately to enjoy [info]balticon. (Can you believe the hotel, and the overflow hotels are sold out already?!?!?!)

On an unrelated topic I had a very strange dream. It was a musical that was written, directed, and stared Bing Crosby. I had to find a very gaudy ring that someone who is both annoying and insane had lost. I have no idea where it came from... Sometimes my brain does odd things.

I really need to do something today that is work related. Later!
